Our Agents
Tommy Luster, Broker/Associate Tommy moved to Apalachicola in 1963. After finishing school, he married a local girl (Charlyn Dean) and went to work at the paper mill in Port St. Joe, where he worked his way up from Millwright Helper to Assistant Maintenance Superintendent, before he left in 1998. At this time, Tommy joined forces with, probably the largest real estate firm in the area, to learn his new trade. While there Tommy worked in the company's several offices located in Carrabelle, Eastpoint, St. George Island, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas and St. Joe Beach, all in an effort to learn everything he could about our diverse area. At the same time, he continued his formal education in real estate and obtained a broker's license in 2001. Tommy won the gold award for sales at his former real estate company before he joined the team at Coastal Connection, LLC. in 2002. Over the years Tommy has consistently won multimillion-dollar sales production awards from the local Realtor Association. Tommy believes that bigger is not necessarily better for the individual investor and if you would like to put his knowledge of the area and real estate experience to work for you personally, give him a call toll free at 1-866-653-1800 ext. 109. You can also reach Tommy at tommy@thecoastalconnection.com or his personal phone (850) 653-8683 if it is more convenient.
Travis Wade, Agent I was born in Apalachicola at Weems Memorial Hospital in 1970. My paternal grandparents, Ikie and Juanita Wade, moved to Apalachicola in 1940 to open "The Pogy Plant" on the Apalachicola River, and later my grandfather opened his own seafood business (I.D. Wade Seafood and Ice Company). My maternal grandparents, Harry A. and Gladys Murray, owned a seafood business in Carrabelle ("The Barn") for many years. My father, grandfather and a partner owned the Breakaway Lodge in Apalachicola for 30 years, and I grew up working in the "family business." I graduated high school in 1988 and received a B.S. degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1992. I lived in Tallahassee until moving to Crawfordville with my wife and children in 1999, and I spent every available hour in Franklin County on the river and at "the Breakaway." I am an avid outdoorsman and my hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating, and camping. Growing up in this area and living between Franklin, Wakulla, and Leon Counties has given me a great knowledge and understanding of these communities. I am excited to be able to share my knowledge and experiences with customers, and to help them become a part of the same community.
Bill Campbell and Annie Lewis, Agents Growing up in Woodstock, Georgia, Bill Campbell and Annie Lewis came to love tranquil textured landscapes where residents look out for one another. Naturally, they felt instantly at home on St. George Island and Florida’s surrounding unspoiled “Forgotten Coast.” For six years, the brother-sister team (no sibling rivalry here!) has worked on and around St. George in conscientious land development and vacation rentals. Now, Team Realtors they combine their skills and sensitivity not only for the landscape but for clients. Local real estate continues to escalate. The unsteady stock market rightly prompts entrepreneurs and retirees to seek sound investments – and the soft, secure lifestyle that attracted Bill and Annie to this coast. Annie’s pre-Florida real estate experience includes owning “Floor to Ceiling” a Woodstock company that managed vacant properties for mortgage companies and relocated management teams. Bill, a graduate of Kennesaw College, owned and operated R. I. Construction in Marietta, Georgia. He currently manages real estate investments for Annie’s husband, Tommy Lewis. Rounding out this true “family affair” are Bill’s wife, Francis, and his three daughters, who reside in the gracious Magnolia Bluff neighborhood. The Lewis’s live on St. George Island and own five rental homes personalized by Annie. Their zest for life also shines through in their appreciation of fine food and wine. (Tommy, easily a professional chef, is legendary for laboring over luscious meals for family and friends). In fact, both are certified Barbecue Judges, having had the pleasure of judging state and local cook-offs. When he’s not enjoying Tommy’s cooking, Bill takes to his sailboat and explores the unparalleled scenery of these waters and islands. Bill and Annie’s passion for life and land – along with decades of real estate experience – make them the ideal Team Realtors. Let their enthusiasm go to work for you!

Linda Taggart, Realtor Originally from Georgia, I retired in 2002 having worked 32 years for the Air Force. After working in an area that was responsible for maintaining the combat readiness of the F-15 fighter jet, I am truly excited to be working in the real estate arena. My husband and I discovered St George Island and Apalachicola in 1993. Like most people we wanted to own a piece of this "paradise" and have bought and sold several pieces of property since then. We are now blessed with living bay front on St George Island. Let me show you how you too can be living your dream.
